We are a small studio. There are no departments here and no passing things around in circles — each person stands behind their part by name.
You talk to the people who actually do the work. Whoever takes on your project stays your contact until the end — no ticket system, no loops between departments. Nobody here does just one thing: everyone complements the others, helps out and covers for each other when needed.

Lead — overall responsibility
Max carries overall responsibility: your first contact in the conversation, the offer and the timeline — and the person who stands behind the result in the end. He decides what we commit to and what we don’t, and keeps every running project in view until handover.

Marketing & Strategy
Sofia thinks from the guest’s side: how do people find your business, and why do they book directly instead of through portals? She is responsible for strategy sprints, positioning and the Google Business profile — and coordinates our partners when it comes to ads, social media or SEO.

AI Systems Integration & Content
Roman builds the technology that works in the background: the AI assistant for enquiries, process automation and connections to PMS and channel managers. Together with Maria he also takes care of content — so that what we build is filled with real images and texts.

Content
Maria is responsible for content: photos, videos and 360° tours of the property, texts in several languages and the material for website and channels. She plans shooting days, reviews the material and makes sure a business looks online the way it feels on site.
