What makes the AI agent different from an automatic reply system?

It reads your material and answers in its own words instead of in fixed building blocks. It works under our supervision in safe mode: the confirmation of price and availability stays with you.

What happens if the agent does not know what to do?

Then it collects the contact details and hands over to you. Even in the event of a fault we inform you actively — you hear it from us, not from your guest.

Where is the data stored?

In the EU. We work with a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR, the sub-processors are listed in it, and your agent’s conversation logs are deleted after 90 days.

How long am I tied in?

Cancellable monthly with one month’s notice. On cancellation you receive your data in full within 14 days — free of charge and without conditions.
